Recommendation to Parent / Guardians
A child’s education is a joint responsibility of teachers as well as parents. It is believed that the primary aim of education is to draw out of the talent of a child and to provide him/her proper facilities; congenial environment and right direction develop and bloom.
In order to secure all that is the best for the education of your ward the maximum cooperation between parents and school authorities is desired.
We earnestly recommend that parents and guardians should look into their ward’s school diary everyday and see to it that the lesson and homework assigned for the next day are done. The remark made in the diary should be seen and counter signed regularly. Any message or note by teacher should be duly honored.
Withdrawal of your ward from classes for social function is not recommended.
Parents/Guardians are not allowed to meet their ward or the teachers in the class-room.P.T.A. Days will be informed later in the circular. The parents may also see the principal on any working day between 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
The child should be encouraged to cultivate the habit of neatness and good manners.
If your child suffers from any infectious disease, the fact should immediately be reported to the principal and the child should not to be sent to the school, till the period of the infection is over. A doctor’s certificate of fitness should be produced.
As the medium of instruction is English, Children should be helped to follow their classes easily. Conversation in English, at home will also help.
ANY CHANGES OF ADDRESS MUST BE INFORMED IN WRITING
General Rules
1.) Every student shall bring his/her school diary daily.
2.) The students shall arrive at the school at least 5 minutes before the bell rings. Late comers may be sent home/punished.
3.) All the students must be habitually clean. They are expected to come to school daily in freshly laundered uniform with clean socks and polished shoes. Any child who comes to school in a solvent condition will be excluded from class or sent home and the responsibility will lie with the parents.
4.) Shouting, whistling, throwing anything at other and such other unmannerly conduct are strictly prohibited.
5.) Damages to the school property, however small, will not be condoned. Stringent disciplinary action will be taken against such offenders. The parents will have to bear cost of the damaged property.
6.) Borrowing and lending of money and exchanging articles among the students are prohibited.
7.) Students coming on bicycles must keep them properly locked at their own responsibility.
8.) Valuable articles like expensive watches, gold jewellery, etc., are not to be brought or worn, If they are lost, the school does not hold itself responsible. Girl students should not use nail polish, lipstick or mehandi etc.
9.) The school insists on maintenance of complete discipline. Any child who frequently violates the rules of the school will not be allowed to attend the school. In case of gross misconduct, the school authorities reserve the right to expel the student concerned.
