Fee Payment Rules

Mode of Payment

•    The Scheduled fee falls due on first day of respective month without any consideration e.g. attendance, holiday etc.whatsoever.
•    The fee shall be payable for all twelve month of the school year (April to March) and is payable by 10th month and thereafter a fine of Rs. 5/-per day shall be charged till last day of the month and thereafter a surcharges of Rs.25/- will be charged in addition to the fine up to the 10th of next month.
•    Thereafter, the name of the defaulter shall be struck off the rolls automatically. Then the defaulter will have to seek re-admission.
•    Readmission is at the discretion of the management.

Fine and surcharge will not be waived in any circumstance.

All payment must be made in cash only at school counter between 08:15 a.m.to 11:30 a.m. (summer) & 08:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon (winter).

Fee once deposited will not be refunded under any circumstance.

The fee for the month of March shall be payable along with the fee for month February. The fee for months of May & June can be   deposited during summer vacation.

School officer will remain open during summer vacation between 08:30 a.m. to 12:30 pm.
